Delivery Terms and Conditions – FE 26 Design
Order Acceptance The contract between FE 26 Design and the Customer is considered perfected when we send the order confirmation via email.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he has read and fully accepts these conditions.
Expenses and Payments
Shipping costs (included) *unless otherwise specified* are calculated based on the destination and volume of the order and are clearly indicated before final confirmation. Payment must be made using the method chosen by the Customer; no additional amounts are due beyond the total shown on the order form, unless changes are requested subsequently by the Customer.
Documentation and Billing
For each processed order, an Order Confirmation is issued and sent digitally. If the Customer requires an invoice, it must be requested at the time of ordering, providing complete information. By law, it is not possible to issue or modify invoices after the order has been processed.
Delivery Times and Responsibilities
FE 26 Design is committed to fulfilling orders as promptly as possible. However, FE 26 Design cannot be held liable for delays caused by logistics, couriers, or force majeure. Deliveries are always made at street level.
Customer Obligations Upon Receipt (Essential for your protection) Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check:
That the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
That the packaging is perfectly intact, dry and not tampered with (including sealing materials such as adhesive tape or strapping).
What to do in case of damage: Any obvious damage to the packaging or missing items must be reported to the courier immediately, by writing on the delivery receipt: "RECEIVED WITH RESERVATION FOR INSPECTION FOR [indicate the reason, e.g. wet/dented package]".
Attention: Once the courier's document has been signed without specific reservation, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external condition of the delivered goods.
Reporting internal defects: Problems relating to the integrity of the products or the completeness of the supply must be reported within 2 working days of delivery, sending photographic documentation to the email address: info@fe26design.com
Storage and Failed Delivery. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient's repeated absence, the goods will be held in the courier's warehouse. If not collected within 5 business days, the goods will be returned to FE 26 Design and the order will be cancelled. In this case, only the product value will be refunded, less shipping costs (outward and return) and any bank refund fees.
