Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase for any reason within 14 days from the moment you physically take possession of the goods.
*Key exception: Custom-made or personalized products
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products. This category includes all items made to the customer's specific request (e.g., non-catalog colors, special sizes, unique finishes) that are not available as standard in our shop and are therefore not resold to third parties.
Total and Partial Withdrawal

• Full Return: If you return your entire order, we'll refund the cost of the products and the standard shipping costs you paid for them (the least expensive option). Additional costs such as express or door-to-door deliveries will not be refunded.

• Partial Return: If you return only a portion of the products, only the returned items will be refunded; you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. FE 26 Design does not provide prepaid return labels; the customer must arrange for shipping via a courier of their choice, ensuring the product returns to us intact.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
To proceed with a return (where applicable), follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Send an email to info@fe26design.com with "Return Request" in the subject line and your order number.

2. Packaging: Place the product in its original packaging. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without signs of wear or damage.

3. Shipping: Send the package to the address we'll send you via email. We recommend tracked shipping, as FE 26 Design is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

4. Verification and Refund: Once we have received the return and verified the integrity of the product, we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase as quickly as possible.

WARRANTY
Authenticity and Craftsmanship
FE 26 Design products are handmade, piece by piece. Any small imperfections, slight asymmetries, or irregularities in the finish are not manufacturing defects, but rather distinctive features of the craftsmanship that make each piece unique.
Maintenance and Use (Important)
The warranty expires immediately if:

• Harsh chemicals, abrasives or solvents are used for cleaning (which irreparably damage the paintwork).

• The product is tampered with or used improperly.

Special Materials: Corten and Painting
Since FE 26 Design acts as a retailer and designer (not a direct manufacturer of the galvanic or painting processes), the warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather conditions or the natural oxidation of Corten.

• Note on Corten: Even when treated, Corten may naturally shed traces of rust. FE 26 Design assumes no responsibility for stains or damage to other surfaces (floors, walls) resulting from oxidation.

Defect Reporting
If you believe the product has a real structural malformation:

1. Contact us immediately at info@fe26design.com with your order number and clear photographic documentation of the defect.

2. If the defect is confirmed by our technical office, we will repair or replace the part at our expense.

3. If replacement is not possible, we will proceed with a full refund.
